Director of Dynacoat Painters, Brendan Sievers, was recently approached by a local body corporate regarding an industrial estate car park and driveway; after years of consistent commercial traffic and exposure to the elements, the existing concrete had received damaging effects of contamination and mold residue. The challenge was to clean and eliminate all contaminants currently present in the concrete and seal the surface to prevent impurities from penetrating. In addition to the above requirements, the body corporate stated it was a necessity to ensure the concrete keeps its natural look, remains slip resistant, and most importantly, the sealer of choice must be environmentally friendly.
