According to Ed, Hutchinson’s project manager on the Ergon Energy project, “Densi Crete enabled us to waterproof a multi-level car park in 1 day compared to 3 or 4 days with traditional waterproofing methods”.
Regarding Densi Crete’s 100% success rate in helping prevent moisture damage in roof decks, walls, lift shafts and slabs that are below ground and subject to hydrostatic pressure, Ed said, “The ability to use it at the time of pour as permanent waterproofing and as an excellent curing medium, also eliminating surface cracking, densifying and hardening without any preparation cost is such a bonus. This saves so much time and money and allows site access after just one hour.”
